Cool photo! Due to the nature of the photograph, I would place this under "Photojournalism" rather than "Street" since this is telling a story, of sorts.
The first thing that speaks out to me is the color and the impact of that. You have the blue sky, a few clouds, deep green trees, and a sunny landscape overall. Matched with the deep blue of the sign and the bright yellow of the text and sun motif on that sign, one can't help but feel a sense of positivity, happiness, brightness, etc. It's a good atmosphere you've captured here, as if to say that being on the road, heading into Missouri, is a grand thing to appreciate.
I would say this is quite a cool photo to have taken on your phone, with regards to the framing, focus, etc. From the positioning, it looks like you're on a bike? Seeing the other cars there emphasizes the fact that this is a trip, and people are heading somewhere. I would advise a slight crop to the left, so you cut out the opposite direction of the cars. That way, you only have the forward-motion of your own lane.

The camera could have been angled/tilted higher to capture more sky and less road, but it's not too badly composed overall. Nice shot.
